I offer experiential art therapy sessions, with prompts and directives tailored specifically for each client.

Art therapy is a really amazing modality. Much that is human is not readily available in language. Art therapy helps us identify that which is central to ourselves, yet hard to put into words.
The act of making art holds power and potential. It’s a human behavior — intrinsic in us ALL — a pure expression of the human being. There’s nothing else quite like it. Creating art, looking at art, communicating with art, experiencing art ... these intimate interactions with our creations, especially in a therapeutic space, can be truly transformative and enriching.
